Elizabeth Harnisch Giordano

Elizabeth H. Giordano currently serves as a Managing Director and Senior Counsel at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., where she has worked as a corporate attorney for almost 20 years. She covers a number of areas at the company, including managing its Anti-Bribery & Corruption Program, as well as advising on matters pertaining to AML, cross-border activities, sales and trading, broker-dealer operations, privacy and corporate governance.

Elizabeth earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center and her BA from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, she holds a CAMS certification.
