Eelke Tuininga

Eelke Tuininga is the CEO of Coinbase Derivatives Exchange. Eelke started his career in the futures industry at Barclays Investment Bank, working within the FCM division. Starting in the UK and later transitioning to the US, he ultimately become the US Head of Futures Product and Execution Services. After his time at Barclays, Eelke joined FairX as an early employee, serving as Head of Exchange Operations. FairX was acquired by Coinbase in 2022.
