Donna Fehrmann

Donna Mulvihill Fehrmann is currently a Director in Legal at Charles Schwab & Co. in Washington, DC.  Donna was a commercial litigator in private practice with several New York and DC law firms for 15 years, litigating a wide variety of cases, including intellectual property and securities cases.  Donna was legal lead for Marketing and Social Media at Capital One in McLean, Virginia for 8 years before joining Schwab.  In that role, Donna stood up a legal support model that involved lawyers supporting the business at various events around the country, including Capital One sponsored events, SXSW and other athletic and musical events, to ensure that all marketing and social media concerns were addressed in real time.  Donna also does extensive work in wrongful conviction and criminal defense and has written on the topic of criminal justice reform.  Donna received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and her JD from Fordham Law School.
