Dominique Heller

Dominique Heller is Associate General Counsel for Raymond James and a member of the Legal Department’s Private Client Group though she spent the majority of her 6-year tenure in-house in the Employment Law Group. Among other roles, Dominique advises Raymond James in connection with Financial Advisor transitions and restrictive covenant matters. Prior to moving in-house, Dominique was a litigator for 13 years, starting at Fowler White Boggs Banker before moving with colleagues to form Wiand Guerra King in 2009. Her practice focused on securities and financial services matters as well as commercial litigation more broadly. Dominique graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University Florida of Law and with honors from Florida State University.
