Dianne T. Garibotto

Dianne Garibotto serves as a Senior Operating Advisor to Commissioner of the Wage and Investment Division. The W&I Division serves millions of individual and business customers and is responsible for the processing of more than 150 million individual income tax returns, resulting in more than 109 million individual refunds issued.  Prior to this assignment, Dianne was the Technical Advisor to the Customer Account Services Director and was responsible for implementing legislative initiatives, including CARES Act and American Recovery Plan and modernization initiatives. Dianne began her career in government service at the Andover Service Center in 1989 and has an extensive background in IRS customer service.
