Debbie Noury CFE, CFCI

Debbie Noury is the Vice President of the Elder Financial Exploitation Investigations team at Fidelity Investments. The team is responsible for investigating concerns of financial exploitation of senior and vulnerable adults. Debbie has over twenty-three years of experience in the financial services industry.

Debbie has received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

Debbie holds a Series 7 and Series 24 license and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. She is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (NH Chapter board member), the International Association of Financial Crime Investigators, a member of the National Association of Bunco Investigators, National Financial Abuse Specialist Team (FAST)- NH Chapter, the SIFMA Senior Investor Forum, The Federal Trade Commission Stop Senior Scams Industry Training Committee, and the North American Securities Administrators Association Senior Issues Advisory Committee.
