David Kirby

David Kirby recently joined Broadridge as a Managing Director in Consulting Services.  In this role David is responsible for spearheading business development efforts and driving collaboration across all the firm’s client-facing teams globally, with a primary focus on advancing Broadridge’s Consulting Service offerings to meet the evolving needs of the financial services industry.

Prior to Broadridge, David was Managing Director, Global Head of Origination for DTCC Consulting Services.  He was responsible for the global expansion of the service along with design and delivery of programs enabling firms to operate efficiently in evolving markets.

Previously, David served as Managing Director, Head of Global Account Management at DTCC, where he led the team responsible for overseeing the firm’s top-tier clients across all client segments, with a focus on expanding relationships across the C-Suite and key decision makers. Before that, he held the role of Executive Director, Americas Relationship Management & Global Account Management, where he was responsible for managing strategic client activities across the firm’s businesses. David joined DTCC in 2013.

David has also worked as a Managing Director and Co-Founder of PolicyTrac Technologies, a startup technology firm focused on the development of insurance trading and case management platforms. He also held key managerial positions within the Infomediary and Client Services divisions at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.

David has over 25 years of experience in the financial and technology industry with expertise in global relationship management and sales, custom application design and development, trade management systems, and business development. David graduated with a BBA in Marketing from the University of Miami.
