David Bush serves as Executive Director and Head of Testing for Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Division. He leads teams responsible for testing across the Morgan Stanley Financial Advisor Channel, E*TRADE, Morgan Stanley @Work, Centralized Supervision, Trading Desks, and Products. With 19 years at the Firm, David has held a variety of testing leadership roles. He earned his degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
