Darren Hodges
Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, US Bank
Darren is the Chief Operations Officer for the Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking organization at U.S. Bank. He joined the bank in 2020 as a Senior Vice President and the Manager of U.S. Bank Trust Technology & Support Services. Darren began his career with Citibank in London, responsible for derivative operations, relocating to New York in 2000 to join an internal consulting team reporting to the executive office.
Darren joined Goldman Sachs in New York in 2007 to lead Prime Brokerage Operations and was named Managing Director in 2010. He completed an assignment to the Goldman Sachs offices in Bengaluru leading the regional Clearing and Business Architecture and Change Management teams in 2015. In 2017 Darren joined Barclays Bank leading their Post Trade Operations organization.
Darren earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in psychology from Leicester University in the UK. Darren has led numerous affiliation groups throughout his career including serving as the head of the LGBT Network in Bengaluru, India, the chair of the Black Analyst Network at Goldman Sachs, and the MD sponsor for the People Committee at Barclays Bank.
