Daniel Gude

In his current role, Daniel is overseeing a transformation of the Risk & Compliance function at LPL to better support and enable LPL’s business. Daniel specializes in enabling companies in highly regulated industries to innovate at pace, while making risk-informed decisions. To achieve this, Daniel seeks to apply principles of design to Risk & Compliance functions to ensure they serve the needs of business partners as they seek to meet emerging customer needs, without taking on unknown risks. Before his current role, Daniel held a variety of roles in Compliance at LPL, including roles overseeing Surveillance, Compliance Testing, and the Compliance Risk Assessment. Prior to joining LPL, Daniel practiced law in the Litigation & Regulatory group at Moore & Van Allen. He received a BA from Georgetown University and a law degree from the University of Virginia.
