Craig Unterseher

Craig Unterseher is a Managing Director and Head of US Regulatory Strategy and Engagement at Barclays, where he is accountable for US resolution planning, implementation of Basel 3.1 in the US, and partnering across the organization to align strategic regulatory communications, remediation, advocacy, and implementation initiatives with business objectives.

Prior to joining Barclays in 2016, Mr. Unterseher was a management consultant specializing in regulatory policy and transaction advisory for the financial services industry, including stress testing and capital planning, resolution planning, and corporate restructuring; as well as a former large bank examiner and financial analyst for the Federal Reserve System.

Mr. Unterseher received an undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
