Christopher Scarpati leads PwC’s US Capital Markets Consulting team and has over 25 years of industry consulting experience helping market participants adapt to business and regulatory driven change.

Chris has worked extensively across the global capital markets leading both large and small scale multi-disciplinary transformational initiatives to improve competitiveness, effectiveness, and efficiency at the world’s largest global banks. Christopher is a senior leader with deep experience helping sell side market participants design, plan, execute, and manage complex business transformation and remediation.

Chris has deep hands-on experience in front office sales and trading across prime brokerage, rates, and equities, middle office operations, controls including conduct and culture, and market and credit risk management across OTC, Cleared and Listed Derivatives.
