Chelsea Mattias is a Partner and member of Capco’s Executive Leadership Team. As global lead of the Capital Markets practice, Chelsea advises clients on all aspects of front-to-back business-led change initiatives and large-scale IT transformations. Her expertise includes strategic operating model efficiency, platform modernization, automation/AI, regulatory change, and operational process improvements.
Recognized as a top leader in consulting, Chelsea empowers global, cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights and pragmatic solutions.
