Carolyn Jayne

As senior vice president and associate general counsel for LPL Financial, Carolyn Jayne provides legal advice relating to the firm’s investment advisory and retirement platforms. She was located in the Fort Mill, South Carolina office until she relocated to Austin last year.
Prior to joining LPL Financial in 2015, Ms. Jayne was a partner at K&L Gates in the investment management group located in the firm’s Chicago office. Ms. Jayne received a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University Bloomington and a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She is a member of the Illinois Bar.
