Carole Miller

Carole Miller serves as Co-Leader of Maynard Nexsen’s Financial Services practice group. She has practiced exclusively in the area of labor and employment law for over 30 years, with a focus on the financial services industry. Carole has litigated claims pending in more than thirty-five states, and she regularly appears before FINRA on employment-related matters brought against brokerage firms and financial institutions. In addition to her litigation and arbitration experience, she regularly counsels employers on the full spectrum of employment issues.
