Cabell Clay is a Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel with LPL Financial. She serves as the Company’s Head of Employment, Tax Law and Investigations. In her role as head of Employment law, she is responsible for overseeing the Company’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as partnering with business leaders to assess and mitigate risk related to employment activities.
Prior to joining LPL, Ms. Clay was a Partner at Moore & Van Allen PLLC in their Employment and Litigation group. Ms. Clay received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a law degree from William & Mary.
