Bryan Weaver

Bryan Weaver serves as Vice President, Associate General Counsel for Fidelity Investments. Bryan leads a team of lawyers dedicated to Fidelity’s digital offerings, including Fidelity’s retail broker-dealers and Fidelity Crypto. In addition, Bryan is Chief Legal Officer for Digital Brokerage Services LLC, a Fidelity affiliate digital only broker-dealer.
Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Bryan worked as Chief Compliance Officer and legal counsel for Cole Real Estate Investments, supervised consulting services for broker-dealers and investment advisors for Financial Registrations, Inc., and began his career with FINRA as a member of the inaugural class of FINRA Examiner University.
Bryan graduated with a degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California and received his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law.
