As Director of Global Class Action Broker Dealer Services at Broadridge, Brooks oversees strategic broker dealer communications, recovery operations, and onboarding/implementation, and helps Broadridge clients navigate complex global financial and legal landscapes.

With over a decade of experience, Brooks has held key roles across the industry. He began his career as a client associate at Snowden Lane Partners, a wealth advisory firm, before joining GlobeTax, where he advanced from associate to manager in the Depositary, CSD, and Issuer Services department. There, he played a pivotal role in facilitating broker dealer reclaims and building operational efficiencies.

Since joining Broadridge in 2021, Brooks has led high-profile engagements with major broker dealers and managed teams responsible for recovering billions of dollars in global settlement programs. He also oversees Broadridge’s case announcement procedures and mailing services, ensuring timely and accurate client communications.

Brooks holds a degree in economics and an MBA, combining analytical rigor with strategic insight to enhance the client experience and drive innovation in financial recovery services.
