Brittney D. Sandler

Brittney provides legal and business counsel to clients on a wide range of commercial and technology transactions, including strategic and often complex outsourcings, services arrangements, and digital transformation projects.

This includes helping clients structure, restructure, negotiate, document, implement, and resolve disputes regarding their most critical technology and business process-related initiatives (e.g., SaaS products, data center and cloud deals, managed and other professional services).

A majority of her clients are in the financial services space, from online banks to G-SIFIs and the suppliers who provide relevant products and services to them.

Prior to practicing law, Brittney advised federal lawmakers on financial services policy.
