Brad Baumoel is the global head of LGBTQ+ Affairs at JPMorgan Chase. His career at the company spans 30 years, where he’s held key roles in Global Finance, Asset & Wealth Management and Consumer & Community Banking.

Brad came out as a gay man at work 10 years into his professional career and has dedicated his time to advancing LGBTQ+ equity and inclusion. In 2021, Brad established the Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs, where he leads a unified, global strategy for LGBTQ+ employees, customers, clients and communities.

Brad, his husband and their son (an 11 year old German Shepherd), live in New York.
