Bob Santella

Robert Santella, currently CEO of BetaNXT, has over 40 years of experience in the financial industry and wealth tech space. His tenure at the Firm has been marked by a focus on technological transformations, including aggressive deployment of AI-enabled tools and product launches resulting in higher revenue growth rates and increased profitability. Prior to joining BetaNXT in July of 2024, Mr. Santella was CEO of IPC Systems, a provider of secure, compliant communications and multi-cloud connectivity solutions for the financial markets.

Mr. Santella has a rich background in the financial, wealth and capital markets, with a career that includes a deep history in data science, transformative software and technology operations.

He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, spending eight years in a senior leadership role within the Personal Financial Advisory unit. He later served as President at Fox River Execution, which was later acquired by SunGard. While at SunGard, Mr. Santella assumed increasing responsibility, eventually being appointed to President of the Global Trading division. He continued in this role for three years following the acquisition of SunGard by FIS in 2015.

Mr. Santella earned a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
