Bob Santella

Robert A. Santella (Bob) has over three decades of experience in the financial industry. He has a history of managing wealth and trading businesses with a focus on data solutions, transformation and helping clients modernize and streamline operations.

Before joining BetaNXT, Bob was CEO of IPC Systems, a provider of secure, compliant communications and multi-cloud connectivity solutions for the financial markets. At IPC, he focused on transformation, including software and SaaS transitions, growing revenue while increasing profitability and enterprise value.

His career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, spending eight years in a leadership role within the Personal Financial Planning and Advisor division. He then served as Chief Operating Officer and President at Fox River Execution, later acquired by SunGard. At SunGard, Bob was promoted to President of its Global Trading Division, leading trading software, data, wealth solutions, regulated entities and services. Following SunGard’s acquisition by FIS in 2015, he continued as a Division President with an expanded remit including products and solutions. Bob’s diverse background and collaborative approach have helped develop high-performing teams and lead businesses through significant technological advancements.

Bob earned a B.S. in Economics with a focus in Accounting and Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
