Billy has 16 years of experience and is an Audit & Assurance Partner. Billy’s experience covers a wide array of businesses serving some of Deloitte’s largest clients, including asset management, wealth management, capital markets, investment banking, M&A and restructuring, brokerage clearing and introducing brokers, electronic trading and exchanges. He is a Deloitte subject-matter leader and the Industry Professional Practice Deputy Director for the capital markets practice providing leadership and experience in applying and adopting accounting, regulatory, and internal control standards and practices.
