Mr. Rusia leads the product strategy and commercial functions for Corporate Actions software at S&P Global Market Intelligence and is based in New York. His role encompasses overall responsibility for the strategy and management of Corporate Actions solutions, with a strong emphasis on industry standardization, complex product transformation, new technology adoption, and large‑scale process automation.
Mr. Rusia works closely with clients and market infrastructure providers to drive standards‑led modernization, define and execute product roadmaps, and oversee solution delivery and adoption across a broad range of client segments, including both buy‑side and sell‑side institutions.
With over 20 years of experience in product management, business process re‑engineering, business analysis, and solution design and delivery within the capital markets, Mr. Rusia brings deep domain expertise rooted in asset servicing. He has worked extensively with clients across APAC, Europe, and the United States, supporting modernization and standardization initiatives across multiple capital market segments.
Mr. Rusia joined S&P Global in 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering.
