Bhavesh Khator is the Head of Post Trade Engineering at DriveWealth, where he leads the modernization of post-trade infrastructure with a focus on clearing, data architecture, and operational resilience. With over 20 years of experience in capital markets technology, Bhavesh specializes in building cloud-native, API-driven platforms that power multi-asset class books and records, clearing workflows, and data governance frameworks.

At DriveWealth, he has architected real-time solutions for post-trade processing and self-clearing, while advancing initiatives in data lineage, quality, reconciliation, and analytics. He drives enterprise-wide efforts to standardize post-trade data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and real-time accessibility across all systems.

Previously, Bhavesh held senior roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he led large-scale platform transformations in Prime Brokerage, including enterprise data strategy, reference data, advanced data analytics, and business intelligence initiatives that supported regulatory reporting and operational optimization.

Bhavesh holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from STBCOE. He has also passed CFA Level III. He brings deep expertise in aligning data modernization with operational excellence and regulatory readiness.
