Beth Morgenstern

Beth Morgenstern is an EVP, in TD’s AMCB Legal Department, responsible for US Disputes & Investigations, Privacy and Financial Crimes. She is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of litigation and investigations for TD’s combined US operations.

Beth has over forty years of extensive litigation and investigative experience in various government and private sector roles. Immediately prior to joining TD, Beth worked at Citi for more than eighteen years as Managing Director/General Counsel for Compliance and Investigations. Beth began her legal career in public service, first working as a Special Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the New York State Deputy Attorney General for Medicaid Fraud Control and then managing federal litigation and administrative proceedings in the Eastern Regional Office of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
