Benjamin Jacquet

Benjamin Jacquet has been working since 2022 as Senior ILS Structurer for SCOR, where he manages risk transfer transactions such as catastrophe bonds and sidecars, and develops risk partnerships with asset managers and institutional investors. Prior to SCOR, Benjamin led the Underwriting and Pricing team of Credit Suisse Insurance Linked Strategies (now known as Euler ILS Partners), and he started his journey in reinsurance as catastrophe underwriter at Partner Re, after a previous experience as engineer in cyber security.

Benjamin is a qualified actuary of the Swiss Association of Actuaries and holds master’s degrees in applied mathematics, cryptography and actuarial science from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Informatique et de Mathématiques Appliquées de Grenoble (ENSIMAG), KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, and Université de Lausanne, respectively.
