Anthony Macchiarulo

Mr. Macchiarulo is Assistant Vice President, Financial Services Operations & Assistant General Counsel at SIFMA. Mr. Macchiarulo oversees services provided to member institutions related to Shortening the Settlement Cycle to T+1, Unclaimed Property Rules, Clearing Firm Initiatives, and Proxy Regulation. Mr. Macchiarulo is focused on major industry regulatory and legislative issues such as risk and liability mitigation, infrastructure, business resiliency and operating compliance. He has also played a significant role in industry projects like Bulk Transfer. During his career at SIFMA, Mr. Macchiarulo has held several member-facing leadership positions. Currently, Mr. Macchiarulo is heavily involved in the T+1 initiative.

Mr. Macchiarulo graduated from New York Law School and is an attorney in New York.
