Ann Bailey
Executive Director, Head of US Based International Government Relations, Morgan Stanley
Ann Bailey is responsible for U.S. Based International Government Relations for Morgan Stanley and represents the Firm before U.S. and foreign governments. She joined Morgan Stanley in this role in 2018 and is based in Washington, D.C. Ann previously served as Vice President, Strategic Partnerships at Global Communities. Prior to joining Global Communities, she served as Vice President, Global Government Relations for MetLife. Ann previously worked for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as Director of Global Policy, Executive Director of AACCLA, and Director of Trade Policy for the Western Hemisphere. She received her master’s degree in international affairs from George Washington University, holds a B.A. from Hood College. Ann is a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves as an Ambassador for the USA Triathlon Foundation.
