Ms. Bandy represents clients in SEC investigations related to financial reporting, corporate governance, internal controls, the FCPA, and conduct involving regulated entities such as broker-dealers and private equity firms. She is a leader in financial reporting, accounting, and issuer disclosure, with extensive experience in internal investigations, compliance, risk management, and due diligence. Ms. Bandy has achieved favorable outcomes, including investigation closures without charges for high-profile individuals and companies across industries. Recognized for her work, she has been named to Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, and Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Global Litigators. She was also elected a fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel in 2024. Prior to joining Skadden, Ms. Bandy spent 17 years at the SEC’s Enforcement Division, holding senior leadership roles, including associate director in Washington, D.C.
