Andy Saperstein

Andy Saperstein is Co-President of Morgan Stanley, responsible for all Wealth Management channels, including Financial Advisors, E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley at Work. Andy also has responsibility for the U.S. Banks business and Firmwide Marketing globally. He serves on the Morgan Stanley Operating and Management Committees, as well as the Morgan Stanley-MUFG Steering Committee.

In 2019, Andy was named Head of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He previously served as Co-Head of Wealth Management and before that as Co-COO of the Institutional Securities Group (ISG), working across the ISG businesses and coordinating initiatives with Wealth Management. Andy joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 as COO of National Sales and became Head of U.S. Wealth Management following the acquisition of Smith Barney in 2009.

Earlier in his career, Andy held numerous leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, including COO of the Direct Division, and was a partner in the Financial Institutions Group of McKinsey & Company.

He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and summa cum laude from The Wharton School and College of Arts and Sciences, University of Pennsylvania, with a dual degree in economics and finance.

Andy is an Executive Committee Board Member for SIFMA and Board Director for Child Mind Institute. Additionally, he serves on the Advisory Council for Teen Cancer America and was previously a Trustee of the Morgan Stanley Foundation.
