Amy Zeng is the Global Head of Fraud Management for Asset & Wealth Management. She is responsible for driving the fraud strategy to identify and mitigate fraud risk. She also manages the Fraud Prevention and Remediation Teams, which review transactions for red flags and assist clients when fraud is reported. Amy has been part of the firm for 16 years. Prior to joining the Fraud Management Team, she was part of the AWM Cybersecurity, Global Wealth Management COO and J.P. Morgan Securities Technology Teams. Amy is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
