Executive Vice President and Head of Account, Treasury and Tax Services, Fidelity

Executive Vice President and Head of Account, Treasury and Tax Services a sub-division
of Operations and Services Group (OSG) for National Financial Services, LLC, a Fidelity
Investments Company. Fidelity is a leading provider of investment management, retirement
planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products
and services to more than 27 million individuals, institutions, and financial intermediaries.
As Head of Account, Treasury and Tax Services, Ms. Sundberg is responsible for money
movement, retirement account maintenance and distributions, transfers of assets, account
reconciliations and tax services. She is strategically focused on creating the operations and
service center of the future.
Additionally, Ms. Sundberg proudly serves as Fidelity’s Co-Executive sponsor for the
Women’s Leadership Group.
Ms. Sundberg has spent 34 years in the financial services industry, with 30 of those years
spent at Fidelity Investments. Previous positions at Fidelity include, President of Digital
Brokerage Services (DBS), where she built a new introducing broker-dealer that launched a
unique digital, mobile-first application for self-directed brokerage services. In 2016, she was
president of Fidelity Real Estate Company, where she was responsible for the full range of
real estate financial, operational, and workplace design management of Fidelity’s corporate
real estate portfolio, data centers, and retail branches and was instrumental in providing the
places and creating the spaces that helped customers, associates and Fidelity thrive. She
spent the previous 21 years working within Fidelity’s clearing broker-dealer, National
Financial Services, where she managed several other operations and services functions
within OSG and Client Experience.
Before joining Fidelity, Ms. Sundberg specialized in strategy and financial analysis at Citibank
and Bank Leumi.
Ms. Sundberg earned her MBA in International Finance from Hofstra University and a BS
from Boston University, with a double major in Finance and International Business. She
currently holds FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses. Additionally, she is an active alumni member
at Boston University, and proud supporter of education and financial literacy.
