Alicia Goldin

Associate General Counsel, FINRA

Alicia Goldin is Associate General Counsel in FINRA’s Office of General Counsel, where she advises on various legal and regulatory policy matters, including Regulation Best Interest, Form CRS and senior investor protection. Prior to joining FINRA in 2022, she worked in the Division of Trading and Markets at the Securities and Exchange Commission as Senior Special Counsel. She also served as Counsel to former Commissioner Elisse B. Walter. Previously, Ms. Goldin was a corporate associate in Fried Frank’s New York, London and Washington, D.C. offices. She earned her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
