Alexia Breuvart is Citigroup’s Americas Head of Equities Markets Legal. In that role, she leads a team of lawyers responsible for the U.S. legal coverage of all Equities Sales & Trading in the Americas, including Cash Equities, Equity Derivatives, Swaps, Prime Finance, Futures & Derivatives Clearing, Margin Loans, Structured Products and other Equities businesses.
Alexia joined Citi’s New York Legal Department in 2013. Before joining Citi, Alexia was a Director and Legal Counsel at Deutsche Bank, New York Branch and at ABN Amro, New York Branch. Prior to these roles, she was a corporate associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP in New York. Alexia has a JD from Columbia Law School and a Maîtrise en Droit from the Sorbonne University in Paris.
