Joined TCS in November 2010. Primary functions are Pre Sales / Sales of the Corporate Actions product, client relations in US, UK and Europe. Product design and evolvement for a user’s perspective, along with Roadmap creation and ensuring the product is aligned to market practice and adheres to latest regulations.
I run multiple Working Groups and User Groups for our clients across the globe to ensure we work collaboratively in evolving the product for the future.
I sit on various Industry working groups and panels, including ISSA.
Prior to joining TCS I spent 25 years in Banking Operations mainly in Asset Servicing and in particular the areas of Corporate Actions, Income Collection and Tax. My last role was Head of Operations at Commerzbank IB.
I’ve undertaking a lot of re-engineering programmes during my career, and I think the willingness to change, and progress are key to the future of corporate action processing, we need to move forward and not dwell in the past.
Professionally, I am a member of the Securities Institute in the UK and hold their Diploma award.
