Adam Pollet is a partner and co-head of the Global Digital Assets and Cryptocurrency Group at Eversheds Sutherland.

 

Adam is a key leader in the firm’s Securities Enforcement and Litigation practice, where he regularly defends financial institutions, broker-dealers, investment advisers, and individuals in regulatory investigations and enforcement matters involving the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and state securities regulators. He also represents clients in complex financial services litigation, securities class-action litigation, and FINRA arbitrations.

 

Adam advises clients on internal investigations, regulatory examinations, and a wide range of compliance matters. He co-founded the firm’s Litigation Technology Working Group, which has been recognized for its innovative use of technology to deliver cost-effective and client-focused solutions, including winning Legal week’s Tech-Enabled Litigation Department of the Year award.

 

Adam maintains a robust pro bono practice focused on criminal justice issues and is actively involved in community outreach, including work with the DC Bar Foundation and Human Rights for Kids. Adam received his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Louisiana State University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
