Adam Algaze

Adam Algaze is Managing Director and Head of Regulatory Affairs at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. In this role, Adam manages attorneys and compliance professionals who support all areas of the Firm including Private Client, Investment Banking and Asset Management. His team is responsible for all aspects of Regulatory, including Examinations, Inquiries, Enforcement Actions and Regulatory Relations. Prior to his time at Oppenheimer, he held positions at Merrill Lynch and UBS as a regulatory attorney. Adam attended St. John’s University for both his undergraduate studies and law school.
