Aaron Lifsey

Aaron Lifsey is a Senior Department Leader at Edward Jones, where he leads leaders and associates within the Asset Movement Transfers In & Oversight Department. Prior to joining Edward Jones, Aaron held director-level roles at USAA, where he led strategy, operations, and risk teams. His experience spans large-scale process optimization, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration. He currently serves on the leadership team for the SIFMA Customer Accounts Forum and is the co-chair of the Manual Transfers In Forum, where he helps shape industry standards and drive process improvements. Aaron is passionate about improving the customer account transfer experience across the industry, building resilient teams, fostering innovation, and driving meaningful outcomes through thoughtful and intentional leadership.
