SIFMA Statement on 2024 Presidential Election Result

Washington, D.C., November 6, 2024 – SIFMA issued the following statement from president and CEO Kenneth E. Bentsen, Jr. regarding the outcome of the 2024 presidential election:

“SIFMA congratulates President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance on their successful election. We look forward to working with the new administration on issues of importance to investors, markets, and capital formation to promote economic growth and ensure effective and resilient capital markets.”
