SIFMA’s Operations & Technology Steering Committee is proud to open nominations for the 2026 Emerging Innovator Award — an annual honor recognizing early-career professionals whose bold ideas and impactful innovations are advancing our industry.
The award celebrates individuals who are leveraging technology and AI to transform operational practices, driving scalable solutions that improve efficiency and investor outcomes, and championing fresh thinking and forward-looking strategies.
The 2026 awardee will be recognized in January and receive a paid trip to SIFMA’s 2027 Operations Conference & Exhibition in Phoenix, Arizona.
Eligibility: Nominees must have fewer than 10 years of professional experience and work at a SIFMA member firm, including financial institutions, service providers, and external vendors supporting the sector.
