Course Description

Knowing who we are is hard.

Eliminate who you are not first.

And you will find yourself where you need to be.

Almost every businessperson agrees that to have a successful company you need a good strategy, yet few people create a “Success Strategy” for their own lives. During this session attendees will complete several personal exercises to help them gain clarity on what they must do to create a more happy, balanced, successful life and career. This program is shared with senior executives at major organizations, large and small companies, and more than 90 colleges and universities in America and beyond.

Some define success by an abundance of wealth, power, possessions, prestige, popularity, etc. These things are fine and wanting them is not uncommon or wrong in any way. However, they alone do not lead to a satisfying life and being a successful person.

My definition of a successful life is having a set of deeply held personal values and a clear picture of how you want to live. When your core values and the picture of your Ideal Life are in harmony and being who you want to be every day.

Learning Objectives:
  • An understanding of your true core values
  • A review of the power of questions
  • An examination of who you spend your time with and how you spend your time
