SIFMA and the Institute of International Bankers (IIB) provided comments to the Federal Reserve on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking issued by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System on risk-based capital and other regulatory requirements for activities of financial holding companies related to physical commodities and risk-based capital requirements for merchant banking investments, published in the Federal Register on September 30, 2016.
