SIA Submits Comments to the SEC Requesting an Extension on the Implementation Date of Regulation FD

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requesting an extension on the implementation date of Regulation FD until December 29, 2000. Regulation FD is a new issuer disclosure rule that addresses selective disclosure.
*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
