Tony Herrera, Ed.D.

Tony Herrera, is a distinguished professional with over 30 years of experience in leadership education and organizational development, and is currently Senior Vice of Executive Education for LPL Financial in San Diego.  Dr. Tony has led the strategy, design, implementation, and evaluation of a variety of corporate-wide leadership development programs, and facilitated a three-day global residential leadership-education program to over 20,000 first-line managers in nearly 50 countries.  Dr. Tony earned his Doctorate of Education from Columbia University, a Master’s of Education from Arizona State University, and received his Bachelors of Science from Brigham Young University-Hawaii.  Dr. Tony is a guest lecturer at Columbia University and is the co-author of CANDOR: How to Have Courageous Coaching Conversations When It Really Matters.
