Stacey Schmidt

Stacey Schmidt is vice president and associate general counsel for Fidelity Investments, a diversified financial services firm.  Since 2007, she has supported Fidelity’s Personal Investing (PI) organization, advising on all aspects of employment law. Her experience includes handling employment litigation; advising on regulatory matters and inquiries; providing advice related to employee-related regulatory filings including the FINRA Form U-5; and overseeing Fidelity’s non-solicitation agreements and enforcement program protecting trade secret and confidential information.
