Siobhan Bolger

Siobhan Bolger is a Director within Global Banking and Markets Tax Operations at Bank of America and is responsible for overseeing Global Asset Services Non US Tax and Global Markets US IRW Withholding and Reporting functions. Siobhan is also responsible for implementing new tax regulations and driving strategic change for Global Markets tax operations functions.  Prior to joining Bank of America in 2004, Siobhan held positions in KPMG and Morgan Stanley London.  Siobhan received her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) degree from University College Dublin, is a UK & Irish Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (FCSI).
