Sandra Galvis

Sandra Galvis is the Head of Americas Investment Banking & Capital Markets Legal at Credit Suisse.  Previously, she was the Head of U.S. Legal for Credit Suisse’s Corporate Treasury department and a member of the firm’s global public disclosure team.  She joined the General Counsel division of Credit Suisse in 2011.

Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Ms. Galvis was a Senior Attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.

Ms. Galvis graduated from The University of Texas and received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law.  She is admitted to the bars of New York, Washington D.C. and Texas.
