Raul F. Yanes

Raul F. Yanes is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley. He is Morgan Stanley’s Chief Compliance Officer, and is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee.

Before joining Morgan Stanley in June 2017, Raul was a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, heading the firm’s White Collar Criminal Defense and Government Investigations Group and the firm’s Washington DC office.

From 2003 to 2009, Raul served in various senior positions in the Administration of President George W. Bush, including as Staff Secretary and Assistant to the President and as Senior Counselor to the Attorney General.

Raul graduated from Dartmouth College in 1987 and from Harvard Law School in 1991.
