Rajal Patel

Rajal Patel is an Associate Director in the Registration & Compliance Branch of the Market Participants Division at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.  He focuses on routine registration and compliance matters involving swap market intermediaries.  Additionally, he drafts rules and other policy-setting documents affecting these entities.  Prior to joining the Commission, Rajal was an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where he focused his practice on internal investigations related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, accounting irregularities, and securities fraud.
