Paul Radcliffe
- Paul is EY UK’s asset servicer tax leader and provides tax services to asset managers, asset owners and asset servicers.
- He has over 20 years experience of assisting financial institutions be compliant with their global operational tax obligations.
- Prior to joining EY, Paul was a Director at global universal bank and provided tax support to the transaction services division.
- He was part of the OECD’s BIAC working party that developed the TRACE package.
- Recent focus has been on working with a pilot group of governments; financial institutions; and academia on developing a DLT solution to the “withholding tax problem”.
